Browse marketplace → Select a product → Click Buy → Choose license type → Complete payment → Auto-receive download link

How do I download after purchase?

After payment, you'll see a download button on the order page. All purchased items can also be downloaded anytime from My Orders.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Digital products are considered consumed once downloaded and do not support no-reason refunds. However, if you encounter quality issues like damaged files, misrepresentation, or non-delivery, you can file a claim within 14 days of purchase.

How do I contact the seller?

Click the Contact Seller button on the product detail page, or use the Messages feature to communicate with the seller.

What are the platform fees?

The platform charges transaction commission by store plan: Free 18%, Pro ($9.99/month) 18%, Business ($29.99/month) 15%, Enterprise ($149/month) 12%. Commission is deducted from seller earnings.

How do I withdraw funds?

Withdrawals are settled via WorldFirst bank transfer. Unified monthly settlement with payout on the 15th of the next month, minimum withdrawal $100.

How long does product review take?

Automated review usually completes within minutes. If manual review is triggered, the process will take longer accordingly.

Buyers: credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple/Google Pay — powered by Stripe & Antom by region. Sellers: bank transfer, Alipay, or WeChat Pay (auto-settled monthly).

How long is the settlement period?

Automatic unified monthly settlement with payout on the 15th of the next month after the buyer confirms delivery. If not confirmed manually, the system auto-confirms after 14 days.

How are platform service fees calculated?

Platform commission is deducted from seller earnings. Buyers pay the listed product price with no additional service fee; sellers receive the amount minus commission.

What happens if there's infringement on the platform?

Rights holders can submit a complaint via the Report Infringement button on product pages. The platform will process takedown requests promptly.

Is the platform responsible for seller-uploaded content?

The platform is a neutral marketplace facilitator and does not assume legal liability for seller-uploaded content, but maintains a complete notice-and-takedown mechanism.

What if my account is hacked?

Immediately reset your password via your registered email. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. To freeze your account, submit a request via AI Assistant.
